Granola Fruit Tarts.

Hey there, fellow foodies! Today, I'm beyond excited to introduce you to a mouthwatering creation that brings together the nutritious essence of homemade granola and the lively tastes of fresh fruits. Say hello to our newest obsession: Granola Fruit Tarts!

 

Ingredients:

BAKE DREAMS Granola 250 g
35 g Coconut oil 
250 g Coconut yogurt 
30 g Agave syrup 
150 g Fresh blueberries 
10 Fresh mint leaves 

 

Instructions to making homemade Granola Fruit Tarts:

  1. Grind or chop the granola.
  2. Add agave syrup and mix thoroughly until the crumbs of granola are completely coated.
  3. Divide granola mix into 6 parts and line the cupcake pans. 
  4. Press mixture.
  5. Bake at 302 °F until light Brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  7. Turn it out.
  8. Fill with yogurt. 
  9. Decorate it with blueberries and mint leaves.
